How to Create and Set Up Your Account

Creating a Flow Audio account is totally free – yes, free, like finding money in your couch cushions! It’s your VIP pass to a world full of professional musicians and audio gurus. Whether you’re a client on the hunt for top-tier talent or a music pro ready to flex those creative muscles, setting up an account is as quick and easy as humming your favorite tune (and way more rewarding)!

Follow these steps to create your Flow Audio account and start collaborating on exciting music projects:

1. Go to the Sign In Page and click on the Sign Up For Free link. Alternatively, you can use the Join link on the top of the site.

2. Fill Out The Basic Information
Fill in all of the required information such as your Full Name, your desired Username, a valid Email Address (which will need to be validated) and a password. Click to agree to the site terms and press Continue. You’ll need to verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email that is sent to your inbox.

Social Media Sign-Up: You can also sign up using your existing Google or Facebook account. This method allows you to link your Flow Audio profile to your social media accounts for easier login and profile management.

3. Great! I'm signed up! Now what?

After completing the basic sign-up process, you’ll be registered as a client (by default) and you will be brought to your client dashboard. Once you are ready here's some things you can do to get started:

• Click on Profile → My Profile to start working on your profile. Filling up your profile is essential in order to hire providers or be a provider. As a client, posting a project without a good profile is like throwing a party with no snacks – people will show up, but they’ll wonder if they should stay! Fill out your profile so pros know you're serious about creating something awesome (and not just browsing for fun).  As a provider, An empty profile is like showing up to a gig with no instrument – you might have talent, but nobody’s going to hear it! 🎸 Fill out your profile and let your skills do the talking... instead of awkward silence. 🎤✨
• Click on Become A Pro → Apply Now to apply to be a provider

4. Connecting with Stripe or Paypal (Only for Providers)

When you’re accepted as a provider, you'll need to connect your Flow Audio account to Stripe or PayPal so we can send you the money you’ve earned (because you like getting paid, right?). When you're officially a pro, we’ll send you an email with a handy link to get started. If you haven’t set it up yet, don’t worry – we’ll kindly remind you before you make your first proposal. Translation: if you don’t connect a payout account, we can’t pay you, and if we can’t pay you… well, we’d rather you not do the work (no one likes working for free!). You can also manage the connection anytime under Profile → My Profile → The Settings Tab.

5. Explore the Platform

Congratulations, your account is all set up! You’re now ready to dive into the magical world of Flow Audio. As a client, you can browse through profiles like you’re shopping for the perfect musical avocado – ripe with talent and ready to collaborate! Got a project? Post it, sit back, and watch the pros roll in.

If you’re a pro, now’s your time to shine! Start sending proposals, wowing clients, and showing off your skills like a musical superhero. Cape optional, but recommended. 🎶🦸‍♂️
